Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Switch, Delta, Solo, Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling For orders totalling under £100.00 carriage is charged at £5.95, orders above that amount will be sent free of any carriage charges.
Delivery to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Isles and offshore Islands is £24.95 on order under £350 and free if above that amount. Please allow 7 working days for goods to be delivered to these delivery regions.

Delivery Schedule Where possible, we will always ship your orders the weekday after they are received to ensure that you will receive your goods within 5 days of placing the order International orders are generally received in under 14 days.
If part of your order is out of stock we will inform you before we ship anything of expected delivery time(s) for the goods, if you are satisfied we will then ship the part of the order that we have in stock and the remainder as soon as it becomes available. If an order attracts a postage charge you will only be charged once per order.
Please email us info@yummykids.co.uk if the goods are not with you by the alloted time and we will sort out any problems and contact you by email to inform you of any updates.
Furniture takes 6/8 weeks for delivery.

Returns Policy Sometimes products may develop a fault, should this happen during your guarantee period, we can arrange for your goods to be repaired. Initially, we ask you to report your fault to us via email at service@yummykids.co.uk.
You may be prompted to send digital images of any faults, where possible. You will also be requested to detail any fault with the product so that we may be able to offer you a replacement part.
7 day no quibble returns policy
Yummy Kids are happy to refund or exchange any product that you are not satisfied with, however they MUST be returned unused in the original packaging, with proof of purchase. Returns costs are at your expense.
How to Return a Product
Products must be returned to Returns Dept, Yummy Kids, 1/2 Russel Parade, Golders Green Road, London, NW11 9NN.
We will arrange a courier if required to pick up goods at your cost.(details below)
Your statutory rights are not affected.
We do not refund Return postage or postage and packaging of spares and repairs.
Product under guarantee
All goods that develop a manufacturing fault within the guarantee period will be repaired free of charge or at the discretion of the manufacturer replaced.
Accidental Damage
All goods that have been accidentally damaged whether within the guarantee or not can be repaired at your cost. Please email returns as above for information.
Any products that are special order are not covered under the 7 day no quibble return policy.
YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED
You can return your goods back to us yourself, or we can arrange a collection.
We charge a collection fee of £25.00. This charge will cover collection of the goods via courier, all administration and return back to you. If your repair is deemed chargeable by the manufacturer, then this charge will be passed onto you, additional to any collection charges already applied.
All goods being collected by our couriers MUST be boxed securely.
Goods which are not boxed adequately will not be accepted, under ANY circumstances.
(Once your goods are inspected by the relevant manufacturer, they will make a decision on whether applying charges to your repair is applicable. We will always abide with the decision of the manufacturer, without question. Being a retailer, and not responsible for the design, production or engineering of these products, we believe that this decision lies solely with the manufacturer.)
